1. Overview

These terms govern your use of the LearnKusto platform and training courses operated by KustoWorks.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.

3. Training Courses

• Course content is licensed for personal educational use only and may not be redistributed.
• Lab environments are provisioned per student and must not be used for purposes outside the training scope.
• Exercise submissions and lab queries may be reviewed by instructors for feedback and grading.

4. Bookings and Payment

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment (where applicable) or admin approval.
• Prices are quoted per student. VAT is applied where indicated.
• Cancellations more than 14 days before start date receive a full refund. Within 14 days, credit towards a future cohort is offered.

5. Certificates

Certificates are issued at the discretion of the training provider upon successful completion. They can be verified using the unique verification URL provided.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, lab scenarios, and materials are the intellectual property of KustoWorks. Students may print materials for personal study but may not share, sell, or redistribute them.

7. Limitation of Liability

KustoWorks provides training on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for any losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform or training materials.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
